Orders are typically available for pickup within 1 business day, unless otherwise communicated. Customers must present order confirmation at pickup.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, all purchases are exchange-only within 30 days of delivery or in-store pickup. Refunds are not offered, except where required by applicable law.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days provided that they are:

In resalable condition
Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be of equal or greater value. Any price difference must be paid at the time of exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered as a standard practice due to hygiene and safety reasons. Refunds will only be issued when required by applicable consumer protection laws. When a refund is required by law, it will be issued to the original payment method, including purchases made using Buy Now, Pay Later providers such as Affirm.
Non-Eligible Items
Used, or tampered products are not eligible for exchange or refund.
